The Desert is the place
of communion with God.
It is the place of silence and solitude.
Where we lean to listen to His voice
While nothing changes quickly in the desert
neither does our Lord.
His love is constant and unchanging.
We can enter into the timelessness of heaven
in the desert of Advent.
